• Users are not required to recruit others to earn income
• There is no joining fee or compulsory purchase for participation
• Earnings are not based on network size or hierarchy

Any incentives provided are strictly promotional in nature and linked to genuine product transactions.

15. Referral Incentive Program (Limited Period – 1 Year)

MTCART may offer a referral incentive program for promotional purposes.

16. No Guaranteed Income

MTCART does not guarantee any income, profit, or financial returns.

17. Prohibition of Misrepresentation

18. Compliance with Indian Laws

Since MTCART is not a direct selling entity, the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 do not apply.

20. Fair Usage Policy

The referral program must be used fairly.

• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or bulk account creation are strictly prohibited
• Incentives will be void if misuse or manipulation is detected
